Shipping policy

Please be advised that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The amount of time for shipping and delivery of your item is also not included in the processing time or lead time listed. Please also note that if any approvals have to be given for the mock up provided on custom items, this can increase both processing and shipping times. 

Please note that once your item arrives at the carrier and is prepared for delivery, We are unable to control the care of your items or any delays on the carriers' behalf.  All items shipped will be ensured with the proper amount of insurance (as is left up to Overcomer Crafts LLC discretion.) Furthermore, Overcomer Crafts LLC  is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages incurred by the carrier!!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@overcomercrafts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
